stabilization project. We worked for twenty major companies and handled
all aspects of the project from planning to construction.

Navigator Experience
PAB
was a 20 acre oil field waste disposal facility on the outskirts of
a small Louisiana community. PNL performed as the overall project
coordinator for an oil company group who had previously sent wastes
to the site. We managed all aspects of the project including EPA negotiations,
financial forecasting, remedy selection and construction. The remedy
involved the stabilization of oil field wastes and final containment
and capping.
Project Metrics:
30,000 cy of oil field wastes stabilized and eventually capped. Excellent
community relations. Negotiations with EPA and the community’s
Technical Assistance Grant holder. 12 groundwater wells monitored.
