PNL
has assisted scores of clients negotiate consent decrees and orders
with EPA and State regulatory bodies.
Throughout most of the US, we are experienced in work plan and project
scope negotiations with US EPA, Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers
and State entities.
For example we are currently in active negotiations on behalf of our
PRP clients on the Malone Superfund Site near Galveston Bay, TX and
the Ascon Superfund Site by the Pacific Ocean in Huntington Beach,
CA
We understand how to negotiate key parameters such as performance
goals, schedules, and oversight costs.
We are expert at assisting our clients derive a number of different
language options for use in Consent Decree documents. |
