Selection: Bid Package Formulation and Bid Analysis |
Project
Navigator has broken down work scopes (SOWs) at complex remediation
projects, then written creative, “owner-oriented” bid
packages, performed “apples-to-apples” analyses, managed
the interview process and eventually helped the clients select the
right resource for the task.
We recently performed such work at:
• TexTin Superfund Site, in Texas City, TX
• Malone Superfund Site, in Texas City, TX
• BKK Landfill, West Covina, CA
We use standardized PNL bid sheet go-bys, which help reduce costs.
Project Navigator vigorously maintains our autonomy. While we maintain
excellent relationships with the major EPC environmental firms, we
are not indebted to any of them, which makes our assistance in the
selection process totally unbiased.
