define optimal site closure approaches.
We are fully conversant in TCEQ’s TRRP guidance protocols and
their application.
A recent PNL success in the use of the RBCA philosophy occurred at
the MAR Services Oil Field Waste Disposal Site near Lafayette, LA.
Working with ExxonMobil we applied components of Louisiana’s
RECAP program to convince the State of Louisiana, that a surficial
waste amendment, and cap and grade remedy was appropriate for MAR.
This task was accomplished via the application of a fate and transport
model to the SCM.
